I have been doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for 5 years and unfortunately had to switch to HR this year. The station at the Walmart in Cody WY is a joke. After sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for the guy to finish up with other customers he just left and failed to see us sitting there waiting. We continued to wait for another 20 minutes for him to be back. He never showed. I called the main office and they said he was still clocked in. So we waited for another 15 minutes. Now we are on our way to HR block. Pretty sad that they are loosing loyal customers.
Have never been more pleased about the AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD!!!!!! LOVE IT.
Outstanding service - the tax lady actually drove all the way back from Powell so I could get the special promotion that ended today!
