BUYER BEWARE! The service department over charged me 140% on the part needed to repair the front hub of my truck. They had me over a barrel because it would have been dangerous to drive it out and we both knew it. I did not realize the price discrepancy until later when I had the means to research it out. Meanwhile as I waited for the truck repairs to be completed a very nice sales person tried to sell me a used truck I later found out was priced $8000 over what Kelly Blue Book said the expected dealer price should be. Their decision to gouge me by $300 has cost them any future business from me.
Elizabeth is really tickled to death with the Buick Lucerne. It is a great car and a Once In A Lifetime buy. We probably won't ever find a deal like that again.
