Never answers phone. Keep trying to make appt
I have been to see Dr. Lowther several times and while he seems like a decent doctor. His offices (both the one in Cody and Powell) appear dirty and cluttered. I had to wait 50 minutes for my appointment and 40 minutes for my previous one. It would have been nice to even hear a simple apology, but not a word from the receptionist. The older, taller gal with short brown hair was not professional either, in fact, dare I say, rude. I have been here several times, hoping it will get better, but it just doesn't. If you want a doc that will just take care of your skin problems, he is your man. But if you care about the other stuff, I would look somewhere else.
