Every time I would go in to the store there were always several employees sitting behind the desk but they rarely were first to interact with you. Apparently they can do nothing in their store and everything needs to be done on the phone or on line. Left Verizon a while ago because of the customer service in this store, hopefully they have improved since.
The manager is amazing she is very knowledge and patient. Always a friendly face and helpful.
Unknowledgeable sales staff that clearly do not want to be there. Screwed up my account so bad that I switched providers. Very happy now. So- I guess I should be saying “Thank you, Cell Plus!”
The service was unbelievable, these folks took care of us completely!! I live In greybull and I got off work, drove over to copy with 30 mins left of the store closing and these guys kept it open to help me and my fiance get set up with an account!! I really recommend these guys!! Great customer service!!
