On Tues. 5/23 I visited the store. The only person there said he was an installer. HE WAS VERY NICE, VERY HELPFUL. Sorry I didn't get his name. I explained I was in process of buying a home, needed 3 windows covered & in the near future, 2 bedrooms needed new floor coverings. I told him the home was on lockbox but I was having a home inspection the next day & could someone come out & measure? "Yes, either Glen or myself will be there". Fast forward..by 12:50 when nobody showed I called.th female who answered was curt w/ me "they're installing a vanity, how soon do you need these? In about 2 weeks, no closing date set yet. We'll you're cutting it kinda short. I said I'll be here for awhile will they be back in awhile? ( now she's sounding annoyed )...I don't have any control over that, they're in Clark. I'm by myself. We'll have to do it tomorrow AM. I told her the house was on lockbox, I couldn't confirm that. "Conversation over. This AM "Glen" calls, "I can come out this afternoon. Again I explain I don't have free access as I explained to the woman yesterday & I said, by the way I didn't appreciate how I was spoken to. He abruptly cut me off saying "that woman is my business partner & my wife, YOU CAN TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE "....& HUNG UP.
THEY HAD MY NAME & PHONE NUMBER BUT NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL & RESCHEDULE!
THE ONLY STAR I GIVE THEM IS FOR THEIR KIND INSTALLER.
