Machines used for greasers should be clearly labeled ON THE MACHINE. Several of my items were ruined because I didn't see the small sign indicating greaser machines until after I started my load.

One machine ate my money and didn't start. A second sat on the prewash cycle for at least 30 minutes until I changed the temp. A third washer didn't spin the clothes, so we ended up putting them in the dryer for 45 minutes to an hour only to leave with the clothes still wet.
About a quarter of the machines were out of order and of those still "working", many had individual notes on how to coax it into working.
