Should have read all the reviews! This place looks nice from the exterior. You can enter from inside or outside the hotel. Convenient ground level parking. Our room was very run down. The carpet had a stain on it that looked like milk...We actually went to the local walmart and purchased slippers because we didn't want our feet touching the floor. Kept everything off the floor. Checked the bed for bedbugs and clean linen; no signs, no bites (fortunately). Breakfast was cold. Stayed 2 nights because of the cancellation policy. Needs cleaning and maintained!! Stay somewhere else.
The hospitality was nice, but the rooms and bathrooms could be improved. The doors to and from the room were difficult to open and keep open. The website that booked this place said there was an "indoor pool and spa", however to my dismay there was no pool. I would find a nicer place to stay next time. The bathrooms could be improved.
Dirty rooms, worn out beds. Prices based on how many stay in a room! 4 adults staying in a two queen room is $200. We just finished up traveling across 9 states, our budget was $150 per night, this was the worst room and it was $200! Old beds, flat pillows. Just look in the corners of the room and around the toilet! It has not been deep cleaned in years! Also, the AC died, the unit is from the 70s! Avoid at all costs, or at least visit the lobby before you book, you will see the bad quality.
Beds were comfortable. We got the family room and it had lots of space and was clean. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast could be improved but since the location was close to everything, we found a cute diner nearby to eat at instead.
Very clean and comfortable motel. Rooms on the ground floor are accessible from the inside AND the outside by two different doors. Very friendly and helpful staff! The woman at the front desk recommended the Irma Hotel on Sheridan Ave for dinner which was awesome. Sitting outside this old traditional hotel watching Cody people enjoying the evening I had such a great evening as well.
