Why does the office portion close at 4:30? I dunno. But the people are really nice.
I paid for express shipping and never got my package when I was gauranteed to. When I spoke on the phone with the manager, Jeannette, she was rude and not understanding of the predicament they had put me in. I would hate for someone else to go through this frustration. If you need your mail gauranteed to get to its destination on time, I would not recommend using this place.
I called from Los Angeles tracking a package to Cody. I got great telephone customer service from the lady and even a return call when the package arrived/delivered to receiver. Thanks.
