By far, the worst landlord and criminal ever to "legally" run a business. Nice try Nathan - class is not something that was ever in your playbook - neither is honesty. And I'm not connected to your "eviction." So now who's the dumb s--t? You are - and I did read what your wrote in the reviews as a response to the so-called "legal eviction" of whoever that person is (or was) - since when have you become ethical and honest? To spout off like that on Google shows your true colors - you're worse than a jerk. PERSONAL INSULTS? I know for a fact that what is stated here is truth and anyone that knows you will agree - and, please, grow up and accept yourself for what you really are.
The entire team at American West is phenomenal! From Nate & Angie, to Kay, Taffany, Amy and the rest of the gang: everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
I recommend American West to anyone I know looking for a rental. I rented from them for two years. When I first moved to Cody I had a really hard time finding a place to live because I had a dog and I was on my own. I went through another realtor in town at first and didn't have very much luck. The rent for a standalone house I found through American West that allowed a pet was lower than anyone else in town and they were always helpful when I needed something. They have an efficient and reliable online bill pay portal where you can also submit work requests. The owner of my house was very friendly and helped me winterize/de-winterize when the time rolled around. He also helped me take care of the yard since I didn't have my own tools. Overall I had an excellent experience renting with them.
Shout out to Nathan and Amy at American West! I have been a long time renter and had nothing but great experiences and now they have helped me purchased my first home. I would highly recommend them.
