Walked in for a shampoo, haircut and blowdry. Had to make an appt for later. While I'm standing there, the beauty operator had to quit doing a haircut to attend to me (she had hair all over her hands...disgusting) AND answer the phone. Customer calling to make an appt. Instead of tell that person she was with a customer, she stopped to take the call. The woman who cut my hair was terse, unfriendly, and stuck her book up against my cheek twice while shampooing my hair. I asked her to back away. She barely put any shampoo in my hair. She gave me the worst haircut ever. Can't believe how uneven it is. I could have done better myself. While this was going on, the first woman came over to complain to my operator about some published coupon that she wasn't going to honor. I'm there to be pampered and I have to listen to this whining by employees? Needless to say, ll NEVER go back.
