The food is divine and the atmosphere is authentically western, however, the staff are aloof and dismissive. I got the impression that the more money you spend, the more "welcome" you will feel. Most steak entrees are approximately 30$. Other options are pretty limited. With more friendly staff this would have been a wonderful experience, however we had to practically beg our waitress to do anything for the entire meal.
Steak was just OK, service good. Dinner started at 4:00pm no baked potatoes until 5:00? To be honest I have had better a streak at Texas Road House for a lot less money. Atmosphere was fantastic.
They have a big dinner menu, lots of fish and stuff. Highly recommend.
Man, oh man. You've gotta have dessert at Cassie's. Patsy is her name and delicious is her game. We had carrot cake. Had to resist the fresh berry cheesecake (next time!).
There's a bar frequented by locals, and live music. Dance floor gets lots of use later in the evening. Restaurant seating is separate from the bar and dance floor, but we could see and hear the old cowboy just fine. Good old songs.
GO THERE. Leave room for dessert.

The design and the atmosphere of this place is interesting but beyond that, just skip it. The wife and I went there and the steaks seemed over priced so we decided on burgers. Not only did they take forever to come out but apparently the courtesy bread they offer is not available if you order a sandwich. Maybe it's silly of me to think this but if you are too cheap to offer bread to everyone, just don't offer it at all. We received our burgers after a 45 minute wait. They were ok but nothing special by any means. If they can't make a good burger, I wouldn't trust them with a steak.
Really cannot say anything bad about Cassie's. After a long day of travel - we were looking for a Western style steakhouse and from the moment until the time we walked out - we appreciated our time.
Prime rib was done exactly the way we ordered -- 4 medium rates, one medium, one medium well.
