FYI storing hole credit card numbers is illegal unless you are closely following PCI and DDS compliance. I hope the management looks up PCI and DDS compliance laws, they could lose the ability to take credit cards completely.
I am in Cody for a business trip and wanted to grab a pizza and relax in my hotel room. I found their website online and decided they looked like the unique type of hometown pizza I was looking for. I chose the Ghostbusters pizza and WOW perfect is the only way to describe this pizza. 5 out of 5 highly recommend
This is a review that I wish I could give 0 stars. The pizza was ok, nothing special it was cold and the crust was very under done.
The next day I check my online banking and there are 2 identical charges both from pizza on the run. I called them and asked to speak to a manager. I was informed that the manager was at her other job. I told the person everything that happened than she found the piece of paper with all of my information(not shredded) she didn't know what to do. She said she would call her manager and call me back. It took 2 hours to get a call back. The manager informed me I was wrong and I wasn't charged twice. She refused to acknowledge any of my complaints.
Grew up with this pizza — and it’s the same today as it was back then, awesome. The taco pizza is a classic!
The real reason they get 0 stars is the service. The delivery driver didn't have a credit card receipt for me to sign when she got to my hotel room, so she took the pizza back back to her car while she called her manager to figure out what to do. Unfortunately the manager has 2 jobs and she could get ahold of the manager. It took more than 10 mins while the pizza sat in her car for her to figure out what to do. She eventually came ant told me she had to right my credit card number down, she took all of my information on the card plus my address. I was wary about her having all of my information written down but promised me that I wouldn't be charged twice and that they would shred my information.
I have loved this place since I was a kid. Great place to get that one of a kind pizza or just a quick slice.
