Carl, the owner is an exceptional guide at Boulder Basin Outfitters. His knowledge of horses, packing, entertaining the guests with stories, cooking delicious food and showing the guests awesome scenery is something he truly enjoys doing.
These guys do a wonderful job. When we went the fishing was a little slow because of the time of year, but the wildlife, entertainment and the company definitely made up for it. We will definitely be using them again.
The camp experience with Boulder Basin Outfitters was excellent. The meals and food were great too. I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend checking them out for your next outdoor adventure!
Haven't seen Carl since we were 14yrs old and glad to see he's doing well. His mother Virginia used to make the best Rocky Mountain Oysters for us when we were kids
On our 3rd trip with Boulder Basin Outfitters we packed up the South Fork of the Shoshone River for 5 days of fly fishing. Our cook, guide, wrangler Justin Armacost was great. Spectacular views, great fishing and good company. Couldn't be better!
