While dining at Irma restaurant with my family in august, i left a favorite sweater jacket with a small pin on it. The pin had sentimental value to me. When i gothome to missouri & realized i didnt have my sweater, i called the Irma & sure enough, they had it & would send it to me! I gave them a credit card # & told them I'd pay postage. My sweater arrived in 4-5 days! I was never charged for the shipping! Now, that's GREAT customer service from kind people! I've eaten there several times over the last 30 years & if I'm lucky enuf to get to visit wyoming again you can bet I'll be eating there again...foods as GREAT as the people who work there!
